Embracing ‘failure’

I believe that life is here as a teacher. So if we can learn from each experience, if we can choose again a little differently each time a little more wisely. A way that treats yourself with more self love.

Then you are winning and moving in the direction of what’s important to you personally. But it will not been it be all roses and surface level success in whatever you are trying to do in your lifetime.

There’s definitely times where there are challenges. But that is when you will need to come back to why you are doing what you are doing. It’s important to reflect on that because sometimes you can forget that, and get wrapped in the mundane tasks. The day to day stuff. So every morning, or afternoon or evening…try to take some time for you… express gratitude, run, walk, dance.

Ask for help or support for whatever it is you need to help ground you and support you. Do one thing you love every single day to anchor you. It’s having that time to really enjoy it and really take it all in.

Celebrating those small wins as you go along…it’s the kind of leading up to your destination…it it’s enjoying the journey. That’s really what it’s all about, because those moments, those big moments will come and pass. And they’re not always as huge and spectacular as some people expect them to be. It’s more about what you're doing, the process and really trying to be present for each step of it.
